Popped Rice (Salichya Lahya) Soup
Ingredients:

1 cup popped rice.

4 cup water
-
1 pinch asafoetida (hing)

1/2 tsp cumin seeds
-
1 pinch of black pepper
-
1/2 tsp rock salt
-
1 tbsp ghee
Method:
Boil popped rice in water and add hing, cumin seeds, black pepper, ghee and rock salt.
If required add sugar as per taste.

Smoothie
Ingredients:

¼ cup of unsweetened apple juice

¼ cup of water
-
1 scoop of almond powder
-
¼ cup of spinach
-
½ avocado
-
1 frozen banana, preferably ripe

1 chopped apple
Method:
To make this smoothie, simply blend all ingredients until you’ve reached the desired consistency. Make sure you put down your liquid before placing in avocado or almond powder—this will make your blender easier to clean after you’re done and more well-mixed as a whole.

Chocolate Chia Mousse
Ingredients:

4 tbsp chia seeds
-
3 tbsp cocoa powder
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
-
2 to 3 dates
-
360ml almond/coconut/ regular milk

Pinch of salt
Method:

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend on high until mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes, pausing to scrap down the sides if necessary.

Transfer to serving glasses and enjoy!

If you prefer a firmer mousse, you can leave it in the fridge to set for 30 minutes to overnight.
