Lifestyle Modification
It is a 6 months course which will be helpful for leading a healthy lifestyle and also include guidance on preconception.
One can also opt for Personalized guidance.
Prenatal Treatment (Garbha Sanskar)
It consists of Trimester wise care.
1st - 3rd months -> 2 sessions
4th - 6th months -> 2 sessions
7th - 9th months -> 2 sessions
Monthly guidance on healthy eating habits, baby's health, medications and exercises and lot more.
Postnatal Treatment
This treatment will start in 9th month of ANC and after 1 month of delivery. It'll also include Ayurvedic care for baby and mother.
